This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and your rights under UK GDPR.

What Data We Collect

We only collect data you actively submit through the contact form on this site. This includes:

We also collect the following automatically at the point of submission for security purposes only:

Why We Collect It

The data you submit is used solely to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis for processing is legitimate interest (responding to a direct business enquiry) and explicit consent (you actively tick the consent checkbox before submitting).

We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing, profiling, or automated decision-making.

How We Store It

Form submissions are delivered to a private email address hosted on a UK-based server. No data is written to a database or CRM. No third-party platforms receive your data as part of the submission process.

Email is stored on a privately managed server. Access is restricted to the data controller only.

How Long We Keep It

Enquiry emails are retained for a maximum of 24 months from the date of submission unless an ongoing business relationship requires longer retention, in which case data is held only for as long as necessary.

If no business relationship results from an enquiry, the email is deleted within 24 months.

Cookies and Tracking

This website does not use cookies. There is no analytics platform, tracking pixel, or third-party script that monitors your behaviour on this site.

Fonts are served via Bunny Fonts, a GDPR-compliant font delivery service that does not log or share visitor IP addresses.

Third Parties

We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to any third party. Your enquiry data does not leave the data controller's private email environment.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@truintell.co.uk. We will respond within 30 days.

Complaints

If you believe your data has been handled unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK supervisory authority:

Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)

We would appreciate the opportunity to address any concern directly before you contact the ICO.
