TruIntell is run directly by Matt. Every audit, build, and support engagement is handled personally, not passed down a chain of account managers and subcontractors.
A career built on systems, not slides: decades spent designing, deploying, and running things that had to actually work under pressure, before AI became the obvious next tool. TruIntell exists to apply that same systems-engineering background (architecture before detail, build once, build right) to AI adoption for SMEs who need results, not a hype deck.
Over 25 years in systems development, web architecture, and IT infrastructure, including deploying 300+ NHS servers UK-wide during the 2020 Covid-19 national emergency response, and building production React/JS systems such as bespoke CMS and workflow/reporting platforms. Equally at home in compliance and governance: led ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accreditation, CHAS Elite, and Constructionline Gold processes, alongside full P&L and HMRC compliance management. Retrofit Advisor qualified, with further energy and building-safety training in progress (Domestic Energy Assessor, damp and mould inspection, SSSTS site supervisor) and roughly three years' hands-on experience in the energy and housing sector.
TruIntell's AI systems, workflow, and reporting services are delivered directly and don't require external accreditation. Energy assessment and survey qualifications are listed for context on how TruIntell approaches evidence and compliance. They're not services offered through this site.
